This position will focus on admin an operational process to improve the performance and obtain financial benefits from the improvements with the use of statistical and engineering methodologies as Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing
Requirements:
- Scholarship: University/College Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Specialized knowledge: Lean six Sigma - Green Belt Certification (Mandatory), Lean manufacturing and Industrial Engineering (Quality Core tools) proven knowledge
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PPT), Minitab, basics, experienced in handling data bases, use of Power BI and/or tableau is desirable
- Experience: Have experience in using tools from the six sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies, have lead projects or kaizen events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the different areas of the company in order to detect opportunities for improvements, solve problems and help the company by obtaining financial benefits from the improvement efforts
- Serve as subject matter experts in applying the six sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies to lead or provide mentoring to other organizational leaders in improving processes and lead improvement projects
- Work in coordination with the sub-area of Methods and Procedures by providing insights to design more efficient processes, provide mentoring and coaching to the methods and procedures specialists in regards to improvement tools.
- Be able to lead project presentations, workshops and focus groups with the company’s top leadership presence
